A Little Late

So, I never posted about cooking cupcakes for my sister's birthday! Tori and I made cupcakes for Amelia, and then surprised her with them. :) Here's how it went:

1. Mix oil, water, and eggs together in large bowl.

2. Add powdered mix and food coloring! (we used green in one batch & pink in the other)

3. Place cupcake wrapper in cupcake pan, and fill about 3/4 of the way with batter. Bake in the oven for about 10 minutes. Use wooden toothpick to make sure they're done, not silverware! If you use a toothpick, the batter will stick to it if it isn't cooked all the way. If you use silverware, it will not stick, so you won't know if its done or not.

4. Decorate & Enjoy! :)
